Return and Refund Policy for TAG (The American God):

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TAG. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines for returning or refunding your items:

Eligibility:

Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).

Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package back to the designated return address, using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchange:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and specify your exchange request when contacting our customer support team.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will provide you with alternative options or issue a refund.
